About
SebKo is a lawyer, mediator and community organiser. He grew up in Hong Kong and Melbourne, Australia, gaining healthy doses of pragmatism and larrikinism. His mission is to advance public interests and enhance the administration of justice. He has long been an advocate of community service and civic engagement. The Home Affairs Bureau of Hong Kong and the Law Society of Hong Kong have recognised his pro bono contributions as a lawyer, which included representation on the Duty Lawyer Scheme Free Legal Advice Service and at the Hong Kong Refugee Advice Centre. He has practised in the fields of financial regulation and commercial dispute resolution. He completed the Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford, and has presented and written on a wide range of legal topics, including administrative law and international arbitration. He enjoys the great outdoors, literature and the visual arts.
PS. (since many have asked) SebKo’s parents decided to name him after Lord Coe. His family enjoyed very much watching Seb Coe when he dominated middle distance running at the Olympics and became a British sports icon.
